Door to Door Service
Door-to-Door auto transport service is when the driver picks up and delivers the vehicle as close to your address as safely and legally possible with regards to size and weight constraints of the truck.
If your pickup or delivery address has narrow streets, low-hanging trees, tight turns, speed bumps, weight limits, or other access restrictions, the driver may ask you to meet them on a wide street or large local parking lot nearby.
Expedited Service
If you need your vehicle picked up faster, we can add expedited service to make it a high priority for pickup. This often requires the scheduling team to reroute trucks and reschedule other pickups and deliveries to get you moved to the front of the line, therefore this service is offered at a premium price.
Since trucks are constantly moving from city to city all of the time with delays that can pop up anytime for numerous reasons, we typically ask for a 3 business day window for pickups.
Terminal Service outside of Phoenix
We have partners all over the country for Terminal service in case you are pressed for time and need to drop it somewhere secure to wait on the big truck to come through, or if you want the vehicle to get to the destination early and pick it up when you get there. Depending on what part of the country you need this service, additional charges may apply.
Local Terminal Service in Phoenix
Because we have our own secure truck yard in the Phoenix area, we can temporarily store your vehicle at our yard as a courtesy. We have an 8 ft block wall with security fencing, and garage keeper’s insurance in case anything happens to the vehicle while it is under our care.
You can drop your vehicle off at our yard with no drop off or storage fees, and we will get it on the next available truck to its destination. This works especially well if you need to keep your car until the last minute and you are leaving town.
If you want to ship your car to the Phoenix area early and have us hold it until you get into town, this is another good option for you. You can pick it up when you get into town and we do not charge storage fees for this.
Open Transport Service
Open Carrier Transport is the fastest and most affordable form of auto transportation. There are more open carriers on the road than any other type of auto transport truck therefore there are plenty of options to get your car picked up. Since these carriers can hold up to 10 cars on them, the cost sharing drives the prices down into the most affordable range for customers.

Enclosed Transport Service
Enclosed trucks offer the maximum amount of protection from incidental highway damage. Whether you have a luxury or exotic vehicle, a classic collectable car where any small smudge on the paint can create a high value loss, or even if you just love your vehicle and want the highest level of protection from road dirt, debris, and weather elements on your transport then using an Enclosed truck to haul your vehicle is the way to go.
Oftentimes, vehicles with a ground clearance of less than 4.5 inches will need to go on an Enclosed truck so they are not damaged loading and unloading. These trucks have extra long ramps and some are even equipped with lift gates, which are like an elevator system to raise and lower the vehicles before driving them into and out of the truck.
Enclosed trucks generally only carry 2-7 vehicles in them and are in high demand. There are not as many trucks on the road so there is a premium price for these carriers and depending on the pickup location, it may take a little bit longer to get scheduled than an Open carrier would.

Inoperable Vehicle Transport
If your vehicle is not running properly and cannot start and drive on/off a trailer, it is considered to be inoperable or “INOP.” These vehicles will need to be transported on special trucks that have a winch system on board. Only 1 out of 11 trucks on the road carry a winch system so there are not as many options, and it could take longer to get scheduled depending on where you are, but we can still transport these vehicles most of the time.
INOP vehicles should roll, brake, steer, and have air in the tires. They also need to be located in a place that doesn’t have any obstructions around them that need to be moved in order to access them.
If the vehicles do not roll, brake, steer, or they don’t have air in the tires, they can still be transported a majority of the time. However, additional assistance in the form of a forklift or a local tow truck that has a roll back bed on it may be required to help load the vehicle on the pickup side of the transport and another to unload the truck on the delivery side. Separate and additional costs may apply.
